To better learn programming, I solve problems from Project Euler. The mathematical nature of problems sits very well with my educational background and I find it a very fun activity to do.

The solutions currently reside here but will be made private once I reach past the first 100 problems to stay compliant with the rules of Project Euler.

Pixel of the week

Pixel of the week is a series where I take in suggestions from you on what I should draw next as pixelart. The work is then published on my instagram, bluesky, reddit and discord.

To take check out my work so far or to make a suggestion, reach out to the ping section of the website and drop a comment, I would love to talk to you.

Thanks for reading :)

Experiments with strudel

Over a course of various months I have tried exploring music production for my games. After trying various DAWs, I found that strudel aligns with my taste the best.

So I started experimenting with it and archiving my work under public domain. The source files for the music are available for use under the CC BY-ND license here.

Feel free to use after providing attribution, I hope these help you in your journey!

20-games-challenge

I believe the best way to learn, is by digging in and getting your hands dirty. While doing the same for my game development journey, I found The 20 games challenge. Since then, I have been experimenting and making tiny games. The challenge is yet to be completed but you can check out my progress so far here.

Upcoming is a “Jetpack Joyride” clone, but that might take awhile since I’m on a break and will be focusing more on pixel art and music production.

Fortress

frtrs
(pronounced “Fortress”) is a small yet strong UCI chess engine written in odin programming language and powered by a simple raylib GUI.

It started as a bet with ChlorinePentoxide, since then I’ve been working on it as a side project.

The project is seldom worked on these days and may not see light of the day until start of 2027, but this is something I have been wanting to do since years so rest assured I will finish the project someday :)

Labyrun

Inspired by the classic Pac-Man, Labyrun tries to take a step forwards. The idea to introduce multiplayer of up to 4 players as local co-op with additional mechanics making the game more engaging.

Since this is my first indie production, the scope will be pretty bare bones and additional content (which I have plans for) depends largely on the game’s reception.

That being said, the wheel is already in motion and a “playable” build will be ready soon. I shall update on the progress here, until then, feel free to reach out to me. See you around!
